Got an old computer, yay!

hello to everyone!

Well, after about a week of working with my computer instructor, he was able to give me one of his computers for me to keep and use.
He received these old machines as a donation. Needless to say, he wanted to throw them out, but he spared me one instead. He says that he will give the other few left to children who are poor/or donate it back to the community.
The machine in question which I got is a really interesting one. Folks who were around when I was 8 might recall it: The Del Latitude CPII, a Pentium II based computer with a 366 MHZ p2 CPU.
It weighs in about 5 LBS, and surprisingly, the battery lasts for a good 3 hours - so it is not shot at all.
The computer has one lpt port, one male and female serial port, one USB port (useful!), a PCMCIA slot, and a swappable bay - I have both the cd and the floppy drives. Curiously, the bay is on the front of the machine.
It features a 5 GB hard drive, with 192 megs of ram (I'm presuming this was updated by the company who donated it), and the CMOs battery clock is still functioning, meaning that it can still keep time.
Anyone think that this beast could run Youtube videos, load Facebook in ie 5.5, and stream audio?
Speaking of audio, I do have a question. This comp has a neoMagic 256 audio card (of course propriotary). While JAWS is running, it appears that no other sound can come from the soundcard.
Is this a JAWS thing, or does this indicate that the soundcard built in does not support more than one channel? Was this a Windows 98 thing, or is this a soundcard problem, meaning that it's an old soundcard that has no multichannel support?
All the best,
Tomi

ooh, that sounds like a beautiful machine! It's got everything except the floppy drive. Pentium IIs run very slowly with XP, especially with JFW. But if you're using 98, you should be fine.
